DSO-CS officers (or their designee), should use this form to submit a list of their candidate web sites for the 2008 Best of Web Awards competition. Each district may nominate their own district website, and a maximum of two division sites. Though we prefer that only two flotilla websites be submitted for the national competition, up to five will be accepted. Please submit only one form, and include all candidate sites on that form.
